Food delivering service GoGetters is launching in Saffron Walden to help support independent restaurants.
GoGetters was founded six years ago by Owen Barrow and Lee Nicolaou, and offers a local order and delivery platform for food businesses.
The Harlow-based start-up already supports more than 250 restaurants across Essex, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, and will launch in Saffron Walden on March 29.
Co-founder Owen Barrow said: "Saffron Walden has such a vibrant independent food scene allied to a strong community ethos to support local that it was only a matter of 'when' not 'if' GoGetters would extend our services here.
"It's the perfect fit and I’m hugely excited to have the opportunity to work with such passionate local businesses."
The service aims to support businesses who are not served by the mainstream delivery providers, who focus on major chains in major cities.
Lee Nicolaou added: "GoGetters is incredibly proud of our track record of providing the highest quality of care to our customers, partners and also to the communities in which we operate, and Saffron Walden will be no exception.
"We have the opportunity to really positively impact Saffron Walden’s local economy and we don’t take that responsibility lightly."
GoGetters' launch partners include Dough & Co, Wrights Fish & Chips, Spice Takeaway, Market House, Cross Keys, Bangkok Thai, Lokmar Bar & Grill, Bella Bella, The Mogul and Cross Keys.

Chris Sharman, owner of pizza restaurant Dough & Co, said: "These are exciting times!
"We’ve previously worked with GoGetters in Bishop’s Stortford as we really needed a partner who understood our business and appreciated the need to get our food to our customers quickly and with care.
"I’m really looking forward to continuing our relationship into Saffron Walden."
Cross Keys manager James said: "[GoGetters'] emphasis on supporting quality food with quality service means that we can now offer delivery without having to compromise the high standards we set."
A launch party will take place on Tuesday, March 28 at Dough & Co.
GoGetters will be available online at www.gogetters.co.uk or on their app, which is available from Google Play and the Apple app store.
